What are the tablet requirements?

The Strong Go uses your own iPad and runs on our app “Aviron: Game Your Workout,” available for download on the Apple App Store. One membership gives you unlimited profiles, so everyone in your household can track their metrics, workout history and achievements on their own profile for a personalized fitness experience. Minimum system requirements: iPad running iOS 12 or later At least 2 GB RAM 2 GB of free storage space Please note: The app is currently available only on iOS and optimized for newer iPad models for best performance.

Can I stream and use the Aviron Go app at the same time?

You can stream music and movie subscription services as you usually would on your ipad, but you cannot run the Aviron app and your streaming services at the same time so your Aviron workouts won't be tracked.

How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?

There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it’s for you. If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and we will send you a return label for shipping. If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from our website, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories.
